Some clients call it their MidLife Crisis, a MidLife Wake Up Call. They want to reinvent themselves or indeed find the old them who was fun and carefree, before the kids and the mortgage and the heavy burden of responsibility they feel. For some of the ladies it is Menopause and the additional feelings of loss associated with empty nest syndrome.

Menopause Mindset

There is A LOT of information on the interweb space about Menopause and what you should and should not be doing. It’s confusing and very overwhelming, it’s very hard to know where to turn and what to do for the best. Are you wondering how the heck you got here so soon and why it’s so hard to figure out the best course of action when your mind and body feels so out of control!?

I have created the Menopause MidLife Reset.

This program helps you set a new perspective, a switch in your mindset which will be effective to kick start change in your life.  The end result being new ideas, dreams and energy to go and get done what you know you need to do- for yourself.

So it's not only making peace with change (physical, emotional, psychological) but also making peace with yourself about where you are now and where you are headed.  It's about self acceptance and appreciation, acknowledgement.  Embracing what you can change and learning what you can't and being at peace with that instead of fighting it.  And what's the 'it' we are fighting?  Well that's actually ourselves.  We fight the change which is actually happening within us.  So what if we stop fighting and start to make friends with menopause?  See the magic in this transition.

We can shift our mind set to allow us to slow down and see what's really here for us in this time of our lives. Seeing menopause as an opportunity, given to us by mother nature herself.  We've spent time on others be it family, corporations, friends, spouse.  Whatever our journey so far, we most likely have given to others and most of us find we are now sat in the back seat with no idea where we are going, or why it's so damn hot in the car!

What if menopause is Mother Nature’s way of saying:

“Now is the time for you and I know you won't slow down and focus on yourself unless I make things really (or slightly) uncomfortable & hard for you.  Then you'll take notice. 

Then you'll slow down. 

Then you'll pay yourself more attention and more love.” 


So, whatever you read on the Internet and whatever you discuss with friends, there’s one thing for sure- it’s all down to you and how you approach the Menopause. It’s your personal mindset that will set the compass and direct the way that this unfolds for you.

This program will leave you feeling less confused and with more energy. You will create and feel secure in your MidLife purpose, confident to accept the crazy physical and emotional mix ups. You will work on ways to find resilience on your darkest days, you will let go of things that do not serve you.  Be it sugar, be it people, be it habits, be it objects.  You will travel forward lighter and into your best MidLife.
